The cleric can sense the direction (but not distance) of an object. One of two types of object may be located:

  • An object of a general class (e.g. a stairway, an altar, etc). In this case, the nearest object of that type is located.
  • A specific object which the cleric can clearly visualise in all aspects.

This spell cannot be used to locate creatures.
